Proposal for a new kind of Brand Style Guide that with a real promise

Started with question why we are designing and who we are designing for as a starting point to discover the core value of my own as a user-focused Communication Design Practitioner, I put together a design research of 10-month scope during my Master of Communication Design program at RMIT with a purpose to develop a new type of brand style guide that has a real promise for Ageing and Inclusion Services of City of Melbourne that has a strong focus on people instead of look and feel. The research adopted a various of research methodologies and has strong human interaction throughout the process.
