'NOT AN EXHIBITION EXHIBITION':
Exhibition Identity Design
Exhibition visual identity, research, copywriting, publicity promotion, Fashion Design Council (FDC), the RMIT Design Archives
'NOT AN EXHIBITION EXHIBITION' is an exhibition curated by RMIT Master of Communication Design students exploring how (if at all) design can or could be exhibited.
To support this single ‘showcase’ exhibition called ‘NOT AN EXHIBITION EXHIBITION’ as a celebration of the vibrant and diverse legacy of Fashion Design Council (FDC) from the RMIT Design Archives (RDA), this visual identity represented archive materials and focused on engaging and expandable copywriting to approach general public. The color scheme is chosen based on the existing paper stocks in local supplier to avoid overcomplexity while focus on the actual context of legacy and high quality of details in design.
Party image materials (used on posters) are sourced from the RMIT Design Archives
